Q u o t e:

You really didn't want to close the ticket. By doing so you lost your place in line, and the wait times are upwards of 20 hours right now. Please leave your ticket open, and make sure to include enough information so that the GM who sees your ticket can handle it. Note that you don't need to be there to talk to them if you include enough information.

Ouch =(. Indeed, this is correct.

If you open a petition, and need to log out before you are contacted, please leave your petition open.

Q u o t e:
yeah if i am not there tho i only recieve a generic email saying that Blizzard will look into the problem. i have done this multiple times with the same result on the email. Furthermore, the ingame ticket doesn't allow you enough characters to put in exactly what happen.

It does allow enough to list the name of the item that you lost and a brief description of the circumstances though! Also, in an effort to improve our service, we've made changes to how the petition system works:

Now, that said, I'm unable to find the petition that you're referring to. Can you tell me the name and realm of the character you submitted this petition from?
