Want to swap out Heirlooms.

I usually don't go to the extent of the WoW forums for help with this, and I don't like to QQ, but here is my problem:

I bought a Heirloom Shoulder, Chestpiece, and Bow for a hunter. I leveled him to 41, and it got pretty boring, so I decided to try a different class. Later that day, I went over to my friend's house, and he had a level 80 mage- so I tried it, and it was really fun. Iv'e been trying to get the items refunded (Yes, maybe I am an idiot for doing that). My point is, I want to level a mage with some heirlooms, but I can't even swap them out. With my Test Prep coming up in school, I really don't have that much time to grind emblems, and it would probably take months to get enough emblems for the Tattered Dreadmist set and the Dignified Headmaster's Charge.

I have made 2 GM tickets, one asking to refund the emblems, and another one asking to swap them out for the cloth ones....both got declined /cry. I won't quit WoW over this problem, but I really don't like grinding emblems on my 80 DK. I doubt there is a solution to this problem, and maybe there is some hope to getting these heirlooms swapped out. Hell, I would even delete my hunter and give away all my gold if I had to.

So, is there any way I can resolve this, or am I screwed?

Thanks,
Kenjan.

I apologize for any frustration, Kenjan, but the Game Master staff has determined that they are unable to provide reimburse you for this purchase because too much time has passed since the items were purchased. Remember, though, that heirlooms are just an added benefit. You truly do not need these items to level a Mage if that is what you desire.
