There are several reasons why the transaction may not process.
It could be because the name of the card holder not matching the account holder, a communication issue with the bank, or any other number of factors.
You could try using a different credit card, or try clearing your cookies & temporary internet files before trying again. Alternatively you could purchase a retail copy of the Burning Crusade in store or call our Billing & Account Services team directly for assistance with processing the upgrade.
A Billing representative would be able to verify the account with the account holder and take the credit card information from there to try the upgrade process on our end.

Also regarding Realm Transfer: when it succesfully finished and I logged in, my character was put for a name change, when I tryed entering my toon`s old name it said it was already taken so i had to double the "s" in the name. Checking armory gives only 2 other toons named Tempesty on other realms of course.
So if I somehow manage to get my toon a faction transfer will I be able to rename my toon to her old name?
The Armory only lists character that are level 10 or higher and that have been active recently. While doing the Faction Change you should have the option to rename your character, you can try to see if the name is available but if still taken you'll need to select a different name.
