Faction change glitch

I made a faction change, i had problems with reputation and fp's missing, they fixed that for me. I have an issue in icecrown and have talked to several GM's already. So i put in another ticket, hoping they will eventaully believe me.

In icecrown starting out you have to make the zone change, you go to the skybreaker pick up a quest called it's all fun and games it tells you to kill the occular, and then report back to the skybreaker, then he sends you to the baron to pick up quests at the shadow vault to make it change. I have talked to several gm's already as i mentioned previously. I can't kill the occular because it's not there, when i go back to the shadow vault it's showing that i have a quest to kill the occular but the shadow vault is already changed it has an inn and fp however i can't pick up the daily quests there. I am not sure how to explain to the gm's that the shadow vault is glitched for me. I dont care if they put it back and make me change it again but I want them to see that it is in fact glitched. I have checked else where for this change so i know im right. the first quest starts on the skybreaker i cant complete it. PLZ help thanks. I'm not sure what to do at this point, because i cant work on quests for rep there for ebon blade or argent crusade (skybreaker dailys). Also my picture needs fixed, it's showing that im still an undead. Any information at this point would be greatly appreciated. I'm pulling my hair out on this one, cant figure out what to do, if someone would log in to my acct (PREFERRABLY A GM) go to the zone and see that it's messed up. cause at this point im lost and dont know waht to do.
