Race change and gender change?

Just wondering if i changed my race could i change my gender as well? for only $25? or will i need to pay an additional $15 to get a gender change?

As Pahanda and Teufelgott stated, Aelamun, a Character Re-customization comes with the Race Change service. :) You'll be able to change the characters gender as well as its facial, hair/horn and skin options.
