25 ToC won't go allow us past first boss

Hi,

So we just killed the Northrend beasts, gave out loot, and then went to go start the 2nd fight. However, we were told by the NPC that initiates the fights that we'd have to wait Grand Warlock Wilfred Fizzlebang to arrive next week. This is what the NPC said the first week Trial of the Crusader came out, leading me to believe our instance is bugged somehow.

Any help a GM could provide would be greatly appreciated, as we only have one night to raid a week being a casual guild.

Our Developers are actually aware that these events may occasionally experience such an issue and they are working on implementing a resolution as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately there is nothing that the Game Master department can do directly to resolve this issue. We do have a do have a possible work around known as a "soft reset".

To perform a soft reset, follow these steps:

-Have the entire party/raid exit the instance.
(Please note that players who remain inside the instance, even those who are logged out, will prevent this workaround from functioning as it should)
-Wait at least 30 minutes while every raid member remains outside of the instance.
-Re-enter the instance only after 30 minutes have elapsed.

When you re-enter the instance after completing the soft reset, all scripted events that your raid has not yet completed should now be reset and you should be able to continue raiding where you left off.

I am sorry for what inconvenience this may have caused you and your group.

Are you certain everyone is out of the instance? If someone logged out inside the instance or died and did not recover the corpse it may prevent the soft reset from resolving the issue.

Hopefully this time around will do it.
