Race change, gender too

was wondering if the race change also meant you can change the gender too, or do you have to purchase a separate gender change also, as in the $15 recustimization?...

basically i want my big bulky orc male to be a female BE, whats it gonna take?

Re-customization is an option for both faction and race changes as part of the package.
