Auction House Concerns - 10/25

We are aware that players across several realms continue to experience difficulties when accessing the Auction House or viewing their characters' posted auctions. Many of these issues may have already been resolved following this morning's rolling restarts; however, we are still investigating a few isolated cases.

If you are currently having trouble viewing the Auction House, please reply to this thread with the name of your realm as well as a brief description of what you're experiencing.

Thank you for your patience as we work to restore the Auction House to its intended functionality.

It looks as if your second Titansteel Shield Wall sold on October 24th at 10:25 GMT; you removed the 709g 47s 19c gained from this sale from your mail today at 14:17 GMT.

The AH seems to be working fine on Tich in terms of being able to place new items and search/buy.

However, before the crash I had just 1 item up.... a Frostweave Bag for about 77 gold with an 81 gold BO (I think). I still can not see it on my auction tab. It has not come back via mail either (not the actual item or the gold for it being bought).

It looks as if a buyer was found for your Frostweave Bag on October 24th at 21:04 GMT. You collected the 77g 32s 50c from the mail an hour and forty-six minutes later. :)

It appears as if this issue has been resolved across all realms. If you experience any auction house issues moving forward, please feel free to create a new thread on the Customer Service Forum so that we may assist you further.
