My warlock still holds a special place in my heart. He saw me through my noobish days and taught me how to play. He'll also always be 100% gnome, whereas I faction- and realm-transferred my death knight to play with my coworkers.

Fascinating conclusion! I left an Alliance guild made up of some employees to play in a Horde guild with some other employees. My death knight's guild doesn't have 4,000+ members. ;)
