Disconnection Issues - Faction Change

We are currently investigating an issue causing characters who have recently changed faction to not be able to enter the game. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and are working to correct this as soon as possible.

As more information becomes available, more information will be provided here. Please keep all related discussion of this issue isolated within this thread to ensure information can be more easily disseminated to all affected players.

No. The disconnection issue noted in the original post began following the rolling restarts that took place on your realms. Any disconnections prior to this issue appear to be completely unrelated. If you are receiving the 132 error, I encourage you to follow the troubleshooting steps found upon the following support article:

Remember, this issue should only affect characters which have changed factions recently. You are all welcome to play on your various other characters as we look to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Also, please note that we are performing a second batch of rolling restarts. Following these restarts, each affected character should be able to log in once more. Please rest assured, we will continue to monitor this issue throughout the day. If you experience any further difficulties following the restart, please feel free to share your observations here so that the information can be relayed to the appropriate parties.

The restart process is staggered; however, the first few realms should have already begun their 15 minute countdowns.

Rolling restarts are still underway. I encourage each of you to remain patient and continue to check back as we continue to restart each realm.

Please remember that several players are attempting to log into each realm as it comes back online. As a result, the login process may be slightly delayed. If you wait just a few minutes after the realm has been brought back online, you'll find that the login process much smoother.

When the character enters the world, it says "Unknown" all around and then disconnects me.

Salvini still doesn't make it that far, as he's disconnected prior to getting into the game world.

The issues you are experienced appear to be different from the main issue discussed in this thread, Salvini. Especially considering you began experiencing this issue prior to this morning's rolling restarts. I encourage you to follow the troubleshooting steps found here:

At this time, all North American realms have been restarted. If you are unable to log into your faction changed character, please let me know at your earliest convenience.

From the start of the issue to now I have been not only unable to log into my faction transferred toon but, unable to log into the game at all. It says "Connecting" for a bit then the log in screen freezes up and jumped around after that it just comes up and says i've been disconnected without ever being connected.
