Mobile Authenticator Not Working

As of today I can no longer log into World of Warcraft, Battle.net or the account management page. This is not an account name/password issue, as I'm able to log into the forums (which don't use the authenticator) and, just in case, I reset my password successfully.

I'm using the Mobile Authenticator on a Samsung SGH-D807 phone with Rogers Canada service. However, anywhere where I'm asked to input the authenticator code it fails. I knew to try to resync my authenticator when this happened, but every time I try it reports "sync unsuccessful."

I don't know what to do. I'd like to have access to my account, but I don't know what further steps to take.
