There are a great many things that can cause an error when using a Credit Card on the Internet, Íllustrious.

Giving our Billing Department a call may be the most expedient way to get those questions answered.

Q u o t e:
Isn't there any other things that can be done? If what is done is only suggesting us to call blizzard, then what is the use of having a forum.

Please tell me if i can do anything without calling them thanks.

I'm afraid that the Game Master Staff has precious little access to anything Billing related, Íllustrious.

We deal mainly with in-game issues here.

There is a distinct possibility that every try at this is creating a pending charge with the credit card company and reducing the available balance on the card. It's not something I'd recommend doing repeatedly.

Those are temporary charges put on by the credit card company, but they still take a few days to clear and usually reduce your available balance.

Billing should have more definitive answers and/or recommendations for this situation.

Ok then, i tired the phone number for Singapore users and it is not working

They aren't open for about another 2 hours, Íllustrious. That's based on Pacific Time.

The number i dialed is invalid, i hope that's due to the fact that they are closed right now but it doesn't sounds like it.

I've heard that reported by players in Singapore on occasion. Are you using a landline? If you are trying to use a cell it may not work at all.

A program that many of our international players have reported good success with is Skype. Maybe something you would want to look into.
