Race change wipes quest log and quest items

Hello,
I race changed my hunter from Tauren to an Orc for raiding and i lost all my quests and quest items, normally i wouldn't have cared at all, but those quests were for the ulduar hardmode keeper sigils.

I had in my bags before the race change the Mimiron, Thorim and Hodir sigils. When we killed Freya with three trees up on thursday i was so excited because we could get to Algalon (finally). But when i went to loot the chest for the final sigil i find out i can't see it. Our only other person that had the three sigils also race changed and couldn't see it either, that is when we discovered that we lost our quests and quest items.

So i petitioned and after waiting two days (i understand the high volume thing) i got a generic email back:

"We are aware of the situation you reported, and we are currently working on a solution. Please check the World of Warcraft website (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com) for future updates and corrections. We appreciate your patience.

You can also check our forums ("http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/forums/") where you can discuss game issues with other players.

Thank you again for contacting us. We hope you continue to enjoy your experience in World of Warcraft!"

I am really disappointed that this was all i got, no indication of wether i will get my sigils back or the possibility of getting the freya one. Our guild has a tight raid schedule and with ToC and HToC learning anub sometimes we can't fit in Ulduar anymore and we all want to say we have killed or at least seen Algalon.

Any further help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou

I apologize if this was inconvenient Mooeth, but this is a natural consequence of utilizing the Race Change service, and this is not an issue that we'll be in a position to assist with.
