Battle for The Undercity

Hello,

I have recently purchased a faction change from alliance to horde. I have noticed that the Undercity and Orgrimmar are under attack and I cannot see or interact with other online players/NPCs.

I believe this issue is related to the quest "Battle for The Undercity" and im still in this phase. However, i have not accepted this quest on horde, I have abandoned all my quests in my quest log, and looked for the quest giver. (which was unsuccesful)

My character is still in this quest phase and I have opened a GM ticket for about a day now (still no response), I have replied on other people's post (I believe the character's name was Ineos) with the similair problem. However, I still havent received any notification from GMs.

Please any response or help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

It's definitely possible. I do believe that the Game Master will need to access your account briefly to resolved this issue. Accordingly, you may want to log into an alt momentarily.
