Mobile Authenticator getting EU code

I bought the BMA from the Blizzard Mobile store and downloaded on my nokia 6230. But when i finally sync it. i got EU-... 14 digits code.

My account is US, can i use this code? I tryied to contact Echovox but i got no awnser for an entire week.

Technically, it could work, Dextermorgan. When you go to enter the authenticator onto your account it only asks for the 14 digit serial code, not if it is US or EU. It also asks for the current, random generated code that is displayed. This is because it wants to confirm that the code you are generating matches the serial number so future logins will match up as well.

Is this account associated to the Battle.net account in question? If so, go ahead and add it, I've got your back. I can see it get added and if you have any issues just let me know and we can get it resolved (You currently do not log in to the forums with an authenticator so you will not have an issue getting back in here)

Yes my account is bnet linked one. I have fear that doing this my account will be locked and then i will need to call billing suport, i live in Brazil and i dont have a good speaking english to talk with the suport lol.

I understand your concern. That is why I advised you it should work and to go ahead and add it. "I've got your back" meant that if something came up, I would help you out so you do not need to call in.

If the code does not add properly then you will need to continue trying to contact the issuing company but if it works for you now then you do not need to worry about that.
