every time i try to go into my wow client it is saying "YOUR GAME INSTALLATION DAMAGED. PLEASE RUN REPAIR" im not sure what to do can any one help me out?

Crepe is correct. If that doesn't work and you're still having issues, just head over to the Tech forums and hopefully someone on the Tech Support team can provide some further assistance. =)

Even easier, on the WoW launch menu there is "Help" drop down header that has the repair tool.
