The number has been constantly busy for 3 days, and because the Australian support line apparently runs on pacific time, it means I get around a 4-5 hour window to call it.
If there's a lot of people on the line, that's fine. At least introduce a phone queue system so that I can eventually get my problem fixed and not have to constantly get up early for no good reason. My problem would probably take a good minute to fix at max, it's irritating to have to wait days on end with no progress.
