Australian Support Lines - Constantly Busy

I've been trying to call the Australian customer service support line for over 3 days now to rectify an account based issue so I can transfer a character from one account (raf account) to my main account. I've emailed customer support in regards to this issue and they told me to ring the support line.

The number has been constantly busy for 3 days, and because the Australian support line apparently runs on pacific time, it means I get around a 4-5 hour window to call it.

If there's a lot of people on the line, that's fine. At least introduce a phone queue system so that I can eventually get my problem fixed and not have to constantly get up early for no good reason. My problem would probably take a good minute to fix at max, it's irritating to have to wait days on end with no progress.

The phone queue has been very busy today, Jozen, and I am sorry to hear you have not been able to get in. As the service is very busy you may even get a disconnected line message.

The phone queue is still live at this time and I just called and was able to successfully enter the queue. It does note the extremely high call volume, but if you are able to get into the queue, your call will be answered. Even when the queue closes at 8pm (In about 15 minutes) the phone reps stay afterwards to answer every call that is left in queue.
