We're aware of the issues that are affecting realms on the Reckoning, Cyclone, Bloodlust and Shadowburn battlegroups (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/pvp/battlegrounds/battlegroups/).

Our staff are working on a resolution as we speak, but there is not an ETA currently available. Should further updates become available, we will endeavor to provide them here.

These restarts are being issued to apply a hotfix to all realms in effort to improve stability. Even after these restarts conclude, though, we will be actively monitoring your realms' progress to ensure that your in-game experience is stable and as enjoyable as possible. :)
