No penguin pet after account merge

recently merged my WoW account to a Battle.net account on last monday and i didn't receive my penguin pet. i know this isn't a big of a deal but if someone from blizzard can help me that would be cool.

If you qualify for the Penguin pet it will be sent to a character's in-game mail box when they enter the game.

Also, Gullible, make sure you are sorting posts by Latest Reply, this post is fairly old and the OP's issue was already resolved. :)
