Blizzard Combat Text not showing for one toon

I'm not able to see the Blizzard Combat text when I damage enemies on just my Paladin. I've tried my other toons and it works for them all. I made sure the option was enabled, I disabled all addons, and I can't get the damage text to show over the mobs heads at all. I even deleted the WTF folder for my Pally and it didn't help.

The other Blizzard floating combat text works for when I get hit and I've tried Miks and SCT damage and they both work, but I don't like the way they show my damage on targets. I'm not sure how it happened but it's a weird issue and it bugs me that I can't see what I'm hitting for or if I'm critting or anything.
