Wrong realm switch..

Hello. I been trying to call blizz for 2 days but phone lines are busy and then when someone answers it hangs up soo I thought i would post here.

I recently applied to 2 guilds and got accepted into one ( strawberry cowboys ) on black rock, my plan was to realm change then faction transfer . I also applied to a guild on Illidan ( found ) and I got a response from the guild master of strawberry cowboys and he said I got in.. Anyway long story short I accidentally transfered over to illidan.. I tried to contact blizzard but they were closed saturday and sunday and as I said tried to call but blah, anyway I was wondering if is anyway I could get either a refund or much more preferably a realm transfer to black rock? I feel so stupid...

btw i dont know why but my forum name shows me on stormreaver still which im not you can armory me.

As others have mentioned, Billing would be the only ones able to address this for you.

I don't know if it's possible, but it can't hurt to ask.

Filing a chargeback could have consequences down the road, I wouldn't recommend that.
