WoW Account already merged to battle.net

my WoW account is gone, this is a trial account I started to make use of the forums. I attempted to log in this morning to play, and I received a message stating my account had been merged to a battle.net account and I need that information to log in. Thinking that Blizzard merged my account to my registered email for me (it made sense at the time, seeing as the changeover is now mandatory), I tried my registered email and my regular password. nothing. I created the b.net account and everything was successful up until I was prompted to merge my WoW account to it. It told me it has already been fixed to a b.net account. Id like to know where my account went....It seems that b.net has been problems from the start and the problems are coming in mass quantities now that change overs are mandatory. I didn't want to merge my account for another week or 2, because I had a feeling it was going to give me problems...and now my account is nowhere to be found....
I created this trial account under the same registered email as my account....but it took a solid 12 hours for me to be able to choose a character to use on the forums. I need help to get my account into MY b.net account.
If it helps at all, I've never done anything to compromise my account. I've never told anyone my account name, given a password....or even received a fake bliz email. I've never been to a gold selling or powerleveling website, and I've always gotten my UI addons from curse.com. I have this pc just for gaming so nothing else gets done on it. Im clean of virus' trojans and keyloggers. This all happened between 11pm last night, and 11am this morning.
I decided to try to get help here, because my friend had his account password changed on him not long ago, and it took well over a week for anything to happen....so Im hoping this is a faster route to help.
I'll be monitoring this closly so we can get this dealt with asap.

Because your account has been merged, you will need to speak with a Billing Representative during normal business hours, Lohron. Unfortunately, that means that you must wait until Monday morning to regain access to the account.

I see that your e-mail has been received and that your account has already been sent to the investigation queue. Our Game Masters will investigate your account and restore your items as quickly as possible. You will simply need to remain patient as we look further into this.

Also, it may be worth noting that your account has been inaccessible to all parties since the 16th.
