TOC/25 BOE patterns change faction in mail

I filed a ticket on this one, waited 24 hours for resolution - GM logged on when I was in the bathroom and closed the ticket with no resolution. Good stuff.

I spent a bunch of time and effort gathering Alliance TOC/25 patterns while on the Korgath server, then transferred this toon to Dunemaul a couple days ago with all the patterns in my inventory.

I sent a batch of 12 TOC/25 BOE ALLIANCE leatherworking/tailoring patterns through the mail to an second horde account I have, intending to move them through the neutral auction house to my main on the alliance side. When I opened the mail, all the patterns had been converted from Alliance to HORDE patterns - rendering them utterly useless to me.

A simple check of the logs will show the patterns were indeed alliance when this character left Korgath, were still alliance when the character arrived on dunemal, and were still alliance when they went into the mail - but were Horde when they arrived at my second Horde account.

Yes I filed a ticket with the issue clearly explained. I went afk for 2 minutes and the GM closed the ticket with no resolution. A second ticket has been filed.

Please help.

Can you tell me the character name/realm of the character these were mailed to.

I see an account name in two of these petitions, but I believe there may be a typo, it's just not coming up.

Would you mind editing your current petition to correct the name. There was a typo.

Please keep an eye on those accounts and your email, Lildie, something is truly odd here.

There was a faction change, just before the email. I won't bore you with details, but it seems that played a part.

Looking into this further.
