Longest lasting drop / quest reward ?

While leveling.
Ignoring DK blues.

For me it has to be

* Carrot on a Stick
* Uther's Strength

Can't remember anything longer lasting except for maybe some wands and also gear from SM and ZF which I can't recall now.

While this may have been intended to focus on the item that lasted the longest because it was so awesome, I've had some items last a long time because I couldn't find anything to replace it with forever. Originally it was the offhand slot, then in TBC it was shoulders, and now in WotLK it's back to the offhand slot.
