I try going over the steps it says with merging my WOW account with the Battle.net... but when I put in my Authenticator number, it goes back to the log screen and says my login name is invalid. I just don't understand this how can my login be invalid if it reads that I have an Authenticator? What is going on?

I'm a little unclear which step you may be on, Big.

If you find you just cannot get the process to cooperate, you may wish to call our Billing department to see if they can be of further assistance in getting this all merged for you.

ah I see what my mistake was.... this might help others as well... on my Authenticator Decteced page I was putting in I.D. number on the back of the Authenticator which was what I thought the page was asking for... But it was really asking for the 6-digit temporary code the Authenticator generates...

Ahhh, I see, yes.

Once you've entered the serial number and attached it to the account, that's really the only time that number comes into play. Any time of login situation it will be wanting the generated code.

If you did that fairly close together, I'd give it just a few minutes and start the process from scratch.

That can happen if you give it an incorrect code - for just a bit.
