Had some issues with this in the past, always seemed to take longer than other stories I have heard of. I was wondering if the support GMs have the ability to track in-game trades, I was told that they have a difficult time of doing it which is understandable since I bet there are quite a few every hour, other answers have ranged from easy to impossible so I thought to ask here before I submit my ticket.
Can blizz track in-game trades? I was ripped off when I went to get an enchant but I have no proof other than the ticket and SS's of the aftermath. Also, does blizzard log what is in your characters inventory? Thanks for any answers.
You may rest assured that we have a variety of powerful tools at our disposal to investigate matters like this. Also, we are unable to accept screenshots as evidence, but we do log conversations and are able to retrieve that kind of information when necessary.
