There are no plans to do this. As much as the triumph emblems will be easier to obtain in the next content patch, that doesn't meant we want to give players every triumph item by farming conquest emblems now.

Well at least now I can bookmark this thread for the next person who asks (in 10 minutes).

Good call.

Q u o t e:

I had all the conquest items within 2 weeks of 3.2. Why does it need to be easier exactly?

I'm not sure what you mean, but the emblems of triumph will be easier since they will be the base model so they will be like the emblems of conquest that you got so quickly. Also remember that not everybody is as fast as you. ;-)

Have like 250 conquest now. Exchanging them for gems seems like a waste, but it is gold though. Why not let us upgrade to the next level with a ratio in place, say 5 conquest for 1 triumph?

We would rather have players earn them entirely once the updates happen in the next patch instead of farming for them now.

If I've earned Emblems of Conquest by running heroics, and you're making heroics drop Emblems of Triumph next patch....then why don't the Emblems i've earned convert to Triumph? It's the same thing.

Heroics aren't getting any more challenging. They're not dropping higher lvl items. Why are you arbitrarily changing emblems?

I know the short answer is: So we'll keep playing and paying.

When the system updates, then at that point is when you can earn the Emblem of Triumph gear easier, not before.
