Character Transfer Service Issues - 10/13

Are you still unable to transfer your character, Onahail? May I ask when you last attempted to do so?

I believe this service should be available now, but if for some reason you are unable to transfer, I would like to investigate.

Indeed we are, and the status of these services is still under investigation.

We hope to have them available soon, but I haven't been provided any kind of specific ETA as yet.

I can see that you're getting a bit restless, so I just wanted to make sure that you all know that this hasn't been overlooked. Our staff are currently reviewing the associated processes, and are working on a resolution as we speak.

Once again, no ETA has been provided though.

Er, actually - both posts meant exactly the same thing. This has been receiving active attention since before the first post was created =/.

Fortunately, we may be nearing a resolution though!
