Retail Authentication Key

my trial account is over and now its asking me for the Retail Authentication Key. But i already paid to get the game. i have the game on this computer, and i dont now wat to do. can anyone help me?

You should be able to enter your authentication key from the Account Management page, Clanblood.

You may need to contact our Billing Department if you continue to have an issue but could you provide me with the name and realm of one of the characters on that account you are having trouble with? Although I have very limited access to such information I will take a look.
