Shaman Faction Transfer After Relic Quest

So I transfered my shaman from Horde to Alliance that had already completed and received the Relic of the Earthen Ring.

Upon going to the ally shaman trainer for the first time, I found that the "Call of ..." quests were still available and proceeded to complete them as they were not grey. Unfortunately, I received totems that were useless to me at this point. I completed all of them in effort to turn them back into a trainer for another Relic of the Earthen Ring. I found that the trainer would not give me the quest to do so even when I had these four totems in my bags. In effort to cause the quest to become available, I destroyed the Relic that I had obtained when I was Horde.

So now I've got four totems and no Relic of the Earthen Ring and no way to obtain another Relic. This looks like a serious bug and I need some honest in-game help (not automated emails from "Blizzard Support" in my in-game mailbox) to re-obtain the Relic and to get rid of these space-consuming totems.
