30-day subscription=free month?

Okay, so I have set this account up for my girlfriend, and have already started recurring payments for the account as well. She has a retail version, yet i still have no credit for my 30 days on my account...She has left her trial period as well...I can not contact customer support through the phone because the line does not work...I have been dialing the 800 number for two days straight now, and have gotten a busy signal for two days straight. If there is a problem with the number, then it would be nice to atleast show the common courtesy of letting customers know this so we don't waste our time..

I apologize you have been unable to get in contact with a Billing and Account Services Representative, Gratiaanimus. We are experiencing a fairly high call volume, and when all of our lines have customers waiting, incoming callers will experience a busy signal. =( The good thing is that we can provide you the necessary information here. =)

I can see both accounts are linked and you should be receiving the Recruit-A-Friend benefits. Keep in mind all new retail accounts come with 30 days of game play. If you added a credit card to the account for billing purposes, it will not be billed until any remaining trial time as well as the 30 day free period has completed. When she is billed for her first subscription, only then will you receive the 30 day credit.

If you would like to receive the 1 month referral reward and the Zhevra mount immediately, simply add a 60 Day Prepaid Game Card to the account.

It is not possible for our system to bill a customer for a subscription fee while they are currently in their free month. It sounds like what you paid for, and what has been withdrawn from your bank account, was the upgrade fee.

When an account upgrades from a trial account into a classic World of Warcraft account, 30 additional play days are included in the upgrade. When those 30 days have completed, only then will the credit card on file be billed for a subscription.

Can you please clarify on the bank statement if the charges in question are still in a "pending" or an "authorized" status , Gratiaanimus?
