i didnt see n e place else to post this so if its in the wrong forum i am sorry.

i just wanted to know what happens if we do not make a battle.net account? i really do not feel like adding any xtra crap on my pc and going through anything xtra just to play wow. i know its prob not that long of a set up process, but to be honest the current game set up has so many flaws in it i can not see how any one would benefit by adding more complexitices to the system. as it is there have been major issues with people having trouble logging on with the battle.net system being first introduced which is the number one reason for me to not want to do this. so if i do not do this will i not be allowed to play wow? can we not log in or will it do it automatically for us if we do not? i need to purchase some more game time but i kinda feel like i should wait to see if the servers are going to be crash happy for a week or two after the 11th, do we have any assurances that this will not happen? has this even been properly tested? the information i have found on this has been pretty vague so if someone from blizzard could answer these question it might make it a little easier for skeptical people like myself to dl any more software onto my machine. i am sorry if i sound like i am complaining, i am not, instead i am simply looking for some more detailed information on exatctly how i will benefit from having a battle.net account, or be hurt by not having one.

thank you for your time, i am looking forward to a response from someone at blizzard.

Our sticky post here contains a lot of information including the FAQ on the new Battle.net system: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=20433765714&sid=1

If you have any further questions please post in that thread as well. Thanks!
