Q: Multiple accounts to 1 Bnet account

I have 2 active and 1 inactive wow account.(one is horde, one is alliance) and have some questions concerning merging multiple accounts to a single battle.net account.

Q1: Out of the 2 active accounts 1 is banned from the forums permanently. If I merge the 2 accounts to 1 battle.net account will I be able to post on the forums or not? I'd like to know so I can keep my accounts separate or not.

Q2: The accounts are made with difference addresses, one from when I lived in the States and one from my new Canadian address. Will that cause a conflict? Can I make them both Canadian?

Q3: I use different payment methods on the 2 active accounts because I've had problems with them being from different addresses(credit card for one, game cards for the other) If I merge them, will I finally be able to put them both on my credit card?

Q4: If you get banned in game on one account, will the ban lock you out of your whole Bnet account or just that WOW account?

Q5: Will account wide achievements apply to each WOW account, or the whole Bnet account?

I've skimmed through the FAQ and have not yet merged any accounts(says its down at the moment) so if any of my questions are answered in the FAQ or by doing the process, forgive me. Thanks for any answers.

As Hathios has mentioned, the World of Warcraft accounts are still treated as individual accounts. In the event that one of your World of Warcraft accounts receives a suspension, it will most likely have no affect on any other World of Warcraft account attached to the Battle.net account.
