Searched keyword "ninja" on blizzard support site, found the following:

Under scam policy,

I grouped with a "ninja-looter," can I get the item that I am entitled to returned?

Players that loot an item out of turn or against the group's wishes do not meet the criteria for scamming, and will not be investigated by the GM Staff.

What is Blizzard's stance on ninja looting?

Players will often report to our In-Game Assistance department the unfortunate circumstance of becoming a victim to what is commonly referred to as "ninja looting." While we do not condone or support such methods, we regret to inform the victims of this exercise that we will be unable to assist with cases of ninja looting under any means. The reason for this is primarily due to the fact that we feel there are several safe guards in the game to prevent successful ninja looting.

I ninja'd the onyxian drake mount (you should all know this by now), and in my case blizzard broke their own rules and took it away. I've sent emails, posted a thread which got locked in less then one day, and opened a ticket, and still not received my mount back, nor have i received an explanation. I guess maybe they should put "(except for masturcheef)" next to each of the above policies located on the official blizzard support site.
