And yes im exalted so i have done all the quests to get to him, i even have the haed chant on a helm of mine. Iv just got a new helm and want to get the chant but for some reason all i can see are mobs wanting to attack me. When im in the area i cant see my guildies either, so it seems to me there is a layering prob.
It appears that Pirelli may have the right idea. It appears that the character you are currently posting on, Evac, has taken part in a faction change. As all faction specific quests are reset during this process you may need to redo the quest chain that would unlock the Shadow Vault area.
