Greetings all,

We are currently aware of a few issues which may affect Battle.net account creation.

If you have set up a Battle.net account , but have not yet received the verification e-mail, please keep the following tips in mind:
  • Your verification e-mail will be sent from noreply@battle.net. Please ensure that your registered e-mail is set up to receive correspondence from this outgoing address. You may also wish to check your Junk and Spam Mail folders, as many e-mails from "noreply" addresses are frequently redirected to these folders. Information on how to verify, set up, or remove e-mail filters can be found here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20608

  • Once the filters have been set up or removed, log back into Battle.net Account Management. From there, click on the "Verify this account" link (located under the "My Profile" section) to send yourself another verification e-mail.

  • If you still are unable to receive this verification e-mail, you may wish to try using another e-mail address from a different e-mail provider entirely. Once the e-mail address has been updated on the Battle.net account, send yourself another verification e-mail using the steps noted above.

If the above tips do not work successfully, please contact Billing & Account Services directly for further assistance.

If you’ve received the verification e-mail, but the included link returns an error, please know that our technicians are looking into the matter. It currently appears that these errors may be due to increased traffic and you should be able to successfully click the link to verify the account creation if you try again during off-peak hours. If any new or additional information is found, though, we will provide it as an update to this thread.

Thank you!
