When you log into your Battle.net account at (
http://us.battle.net/) (after retrieving your new password), there should be a World of Warcraft account listed in the Manage My Games section. If there isn't, then you still have yet to merge your account using the 'Merge a World of Warcraft Account' option.
Now, if you haven't received a replacement Battle.net password yet after requesting one, then that may represent an issue with email filtering on your registered email address. If you are unable to locate that email after ensuring that messages from Blizzard Entertainment are not being filtered or sent to a junk mail folder, then you may want to try contacting our Billing & Account Services staff for direct assistance:
