[Scourge Strike] - Clarification

The wording of the scourge strike change is a little confusing. Perhaps we can get a little clarification from someone on the PTR or a developer about how it works now?

Does the shadow portion of the ability proc like a paladin seal now? Is ebon plague still going to be counted as a 3rd disease?

Will the shadow damage be based from the actual physical damage you deal or you listed swing damage? So if I hit a warrior for 1000 my shadow damage will hit him for 750 with 3 diseases but if I hit a warlock for 2000 my shadow damage will be 1500?

Its slightly confusing, any feedback would help.

It should work pretty similarly to how it does now except that some of the damage is physical. That allows Unholy DKs to benefit more from armor pen. It also allowed us to increase the damage of the ability since it is no longer penalized for cutting through all armor.
