Account problem with Zevrah Mount

Hi Blizzard.

I am showing two Mounts in my claim reward area in my account. This is of course correct, however, whenever I choose the server , in this case Gul'dan, I just get the following message...

'An error has occurred'

Now I know a lot of people are switching over to the battle.net stuff, is this causing lag for the server?

I just get very little info about what kind of error it is. Could one of the blues look into this, and let me know what to do as a follow up?

Indeed! It appears I was too hasty; for that, you've my apologies. :)

It's very possible that the error message you are receiving is related to the ongoing issues affecting our paid character services' web pages. But, before I chalk it up to that, I've two questions: 1) are you still experiencing this issue? and 2) does it occur within other browser types?

Alright, I'm going to go ahead and pass this information onto our technicians, Dennyblaskin. I'll try to keep you as updated as possible. :)


Edit: It appears this may indeed be related to those issues affecting our website. Once those are resolved, I'll touch based with you again to see if you continue to experience any difficulty.
