I called Blizzard's billing number 39 times this morning, and when I finally got through, I couldn't figure out how to talk to an actual person. None of the options that the robot listed were even remotely related to my problem (need the authenticator removed from my account, obviously), and it said to press 8 if that was the case, but when I did, I was told I entered an invalid number. I tried going back to the main menu and just selecting the first option, but even then, there was no option to speak to a human being.
Blizzard, can you please explain to me how I can remove the authenticator from my account. This is really, really silly that I can't even talk to a human being at Blizzard when I am paying a monthly fee and this sort of issue can literally be solved in a matter of seconds.
