Authenticator problem...lost my iPhone

I lost my iPhone this weekend which had the authenicator for my main account.

I called Blizzard's billing number 39 times this morning, and when I finally got through, I couldn't figure out how to talk to an actual person. None of the options that the robot listed were even remotely related to my problem (need the authenticator removed from my account, obviously), and it said to press 8 if that was the case, but when I did, I was told I entered an invalid number. I tried going back to the main menu and just selecting the first option, but even then, there was no option to speak to a human being.

Blizzard, can you please explain to me how I can remove the authenticator from my account. This is really, really silly that I can't even talk to a human being at Blizzard when I am paying a monthly fee and this sort of issue can literally be solved in a matter of seconds.

When presented with our automated system, Kryonixx, you should be able to speak with a live representative by simply not making a selection. I encourage you to try and locate your original World of Warcraft authentication key if you have managed to hold on to it, as this may allow for a quick removal of the old authenticator.
