Almost immediately, I sent Blizzard an e-mail regarding a redirection to another server. I received an e-mail back stating that I would need to call and such.
So, I instead just unsubscribed, but now about a month later I receive an e-mail regarding a "Chargeback Warning."
The e-mail is as follows:
"Greetings,
This email is being sent to you because there has been a chargeback filed for the World of Warcraft account; ********** in the amount of $25.00. What this means a payment linked to the afore mentioned account has been disputed with the financial institution.
You are receiving this email because upon further review of the transaction by the financial institution it has been deemed that the charge was valid.
Please remember that the account can be canceled at any time during the subscription simply by going to the Account Management section of the website (www.worldofwarcraft.com). Furthermore if you do not wish to be billed the account needs to be canceled prior to the next scheduled billing date displayed on your account management page.
The recurring subscription on the account has been disabled to prevent further charges. Once the current paid time has expired new payment information will need to be added to continue playing World of Warcraft with this account.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please call our Billing and Account Services Department at your earliest convenience. Billing representatives are on hand to take your call Monday through Friday between 8am and 8pm Pacific Time at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD (800-592-5499). Customers in Australia should call 1-800-041-378.
Thank you for your time.

Is this a follow-up to the investigation that I assume had ended? And does the charge being "valid"
mean that the $25 dollars was charged?
Thank you in advance.
