Blizz site wont take my payment

Hello fellow players and gm's i write this post because i am intrigued by a (bug?) on the site, about 2 hours ago i did a Realm transfer from Quel'Thalas to Lightbringer Both US, i used a debit card i have been using to pay my subscription for ages, i have even paid several xfers for friends and stuff with it, everything went smootly i arrived safely at Lightbringer, now when i tried to take the next step in my transfer , wich was a Faction change, my card info got rejected several times i typed it the exact way i always do, no mistake, im sure of it, i know it has funds because i put money in it for this transaction (more than enough), anyways, this is the error code i hope anyone can tell me if they are also having this issue, or if its just me

the credit card number was entered correctly,

for further assistance.

While you could try clearing your cache/cookies - or using another browser, this may not be that at all. I'd also caution against trying this too many times because there may be pending charges put against your available balance. While those typically clear themselves quite soon, it may still be inconvenient to have credit or funds tied up in such a manner.

There are many safeguards on internet transactions, it could be your financial institution only allows so many within a certain period of time, that can happen as well.

A call to Billing may be best, they may very well have more concrete answers as to exactly what caused this.
