The first section is days of game time: 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days.

The second section is hours of game time: 5 hours, 30 hours.

30 days of game time is about 20₩ KRW, which is about 16$ USD.

Not official by any means, but I'm pretty sure this set up is due to the popularity of PC cafes in South Korea.
