I seem to be stuck at 349/350 for my polearm weapon skill rating, and after about 2 hours of doing nothing but swinging at a fast rate (Seal of Crusader) on mobs only a few lvls lower than me, it's hasn't progressed. I'm wondering if there's a known issue, or just really really really bad luck. thanks.
That last point in a skill can take awhile. There are no known issues with skill gain so I'd say at this point you are having bad luck. I know my 2 hand mace skill took me forever to cap.
