Thaurissan realm forgotten with voice chat?

Hi on our realm/server the message when you log onto the server says that voice chat IS enabled now. Yet it does not appear to be.

Also we were not included in the initial voice chat lists or the recent one where heaps have been activated.

Under the "Sound and Voice" menu are not voice chat options, and I have reseted my user interface and spoken to 3 other players about this, same thing. Also no voice related options available in the context menu when clicking on player names etc. People said no restart occured.

Why does it say it is active when it appears not? Have we been forgotten? Do any other realms not have it activated?
