3. Navigate to your World of Warcraft program folder
4. Open your Screenshots folder

This location will vary for the Vista platform.

Try this:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Screenshots

Can you try navigating to the Public Directory and then looking under "Games" and then "World of Warcraft"? :)
