Problem with Paid Char Trans

I select the realm I have characters in to transfer on the main screen and the serach result comes back and says I have no characters on that server and to chose another. Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong. I had a quick search of the realm status forums and could not find a solution.

Hi Zamboni,

At this time the Paid Character Transfer system is still disabled for the realms involved in the hardware upgrades. I will update this thread when more information is available regarding the use once again of the Paid Character Transfer service to or from these realms.

The realms involved are:

Update:

We are currently investigating some issues with the realms that received the recent hardware upgrades. While this is undergoing the Paid Character Transfer system will be unavailable. We will make an update when the status changes.

Just to offer you folks an update, I've been informed that the Paid Character Transfer service should now be available for the realms that recently underwent hardware upgrades -- this is in addition to all other realms, which shouldn't be experiencing any issues with transfers aside from an unusually long "estimated wait." Let us know what develops, and rest assured that our server technicians shall continue to monitor the situation.

Interesting. At what point are you receiving this message? I was able to get as far as the page requesting payment information without any undue trouble, but it's possible the issue lies farther on than that. From which realm are you attempting to transfer to which realm? Thanks, friend. :)

I understand that you wish to see this resolved, Cruxer; we do as well. But there is no need to violate our Forum Guidelines by "bumping" this thread. When we are able to provide an update, we shall; in the meantime, we merely ask for your continued patience. Thanks, folks. :)

We are not ignoring the transfer situation. Our server technicians continue to work hard on the issues behind this. However at this point we don't have an estimated time for this to be resolved. We will update you on the situation as soon as we can.
