For me, it's to get the last of my heroic gear, then start helping gear the guildies out. Maybe do some pvp, and in general wait for 4.1.

I'm currently working on a couple of alts (until I run out of rested on them), gearing up a main for Heroics and Raiding, and working on my PvP set with a sprinkling of Archaeology and Achievement hunting.
