If I do not have this process correct, please correct this.
So, in the hopes of getting a little more detail on how the setup works, the time it takes, etc etc could we please have some more information on the process.
For instance:
.) How much time is spent on these forums?
.) Is there a mandatory time spent?
.) What constitutes something as noteworthy?
.) In what format do you submit forum "buzz", suggestions, etc
.) Do you report general overriding tones or do you site specific examples
.) How often do you report/send in findings to GC
.) How often does communication between CM and GC happen?
.) How often does GC and Devs communicate.
.) How can we make your job, GC job, and Devs job easier (possibly suggestion format etc)
.) What examples are best to use to give GC and the Devs an accurate depiction of what has/has been happening?
.) Is this list too long?
.) Any idea on how/why dev workload is distributed?
.) Does each (group of) CM(s) have a speciality?
.) Do you often confer with each other? If so is there a set time to do so to catch certain posts?
.) Do you submit reports individually or as a group?
.) Is the absence of evidence the evidence of absence?
.) Do you know how the eu/other fourms?
.) Is there a method you guys use to observe/read other forums here? If so, what kind?
.) What type of notes do you take if any?
.) When you aren't allowed to talk about things, is that restricted to what the devs are doing (like "They are looking into it, and that is all I can say") or is it more like a complete gag order?
To the people below, feel free to RESPECTFULLY and POLITELY ask your own questions. For anyone that really knows these answers, please feel free to share.
