Druid forums - Blizz is ignoring us :(

I've noticed that lots of threads, especially when the OP makes clear, concise points, get response from Blues, and that is very encouraging for us nobodies who just play the game. I've also noticed that it seems the General Discussion forums are the only ones that actually get that attention from Blizz. I'm posting this here with the hopes that some particular threads will get some of the response the General Discussion forums are getting.

With the upcoming druid changes in the 4.0.6 patch notes, even if it's just the PTR, lots of druids have voiced their concerns, particularly within the PvP aspect of these changes. Sure, lots of the forums are QQ threads by fotm reroll ferals, but there are some very reputable ferals voicing their concerns in a constructive manner. Some of these threads have gotten a high amount of response from the druid community, which has always been an active one.

Let's look, for instance, at Miirkat's views on the changes, a multi-season Glad feral from my own server, Mannoroth. His thread can be found here:

http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1869560099?page=1

Although it's only got 18 pages of responses, and has been pushed back to the 7th page, it's still something that was on the first for at least three or four days.

Now, how about we look at this thread. It's written by Zybak, a feral from Zul'jin. Although he hasn't quite played at the Gladiator level, he's been active at the 2600+ level for multiple seasons. His thread can be found here:

http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1869409947

This thread, unlike Miirkat's, has racked up 71 pages of responses, and was originally posted on 1/13/11. It's still on the first page. I know I feel that Blues are ignoring the druid community as a whole, especially because this thread is clearly important to us, as shown by the large number of responses. Secondly, this basically tells us that the devs as a whole haven't even visited the druid forums in over two weeks. It's really upsetting to feel shut out like that, and even though I said earlier that I do feel heard by the Blues, I most certainly do not feel heard now.

I'm just posting this here with hopes that a blue will take a look, maybe even make a comment. These threads are basically my thoughts on the changes in a nutshell, and I'm not going to echo them here. If you're interested, the links are posted.

We are not ignoring anyone. We've answered quite a lot of things and continue to relay feedback to the development team. Patch 4.0.6 is currently on the PTR and the notes can be found on the front page (blog) where we've been sharing a variety of information. We also have answered some concerns within the PTR and role forums when we have been able to.

There is only so much we can answer and in many cases people want to hear that we're "fixing" something they want changed versus want to hear that we are doing something different than their expectations. We'll continue to hop into threads where we can, but threads asking for replies are not going to help and actually violate our forum guidelines. We know everyone wants to be heard and answered, but we can only do so much in any given day. We'll keep working at it though.
